Jquery Uploader

Hi i would like some help or request if anyone here can provide or guide how to add this uploader to monstra system? http://blueimp.github.io/jQuery-File-Upload/ since me and a friend is working on a public rom database for android that will allow devs to upload their rom and that everything will be under category like xperia z google play edition rom and much more
